500 Posts in 30 Days ChallengeClaude vs ChatGPT vs ME for social media copywriting
Hi there!
We’re 6 days into my 500 Posts in 30 Days experiment, and I’m still standing. Just.
Posting videos is by far the most vomit inducing feeling ever.
It’s kinda like holding a spider when you’re terrified of them.
I guess the more I do it, the easy it gets, right!?…
This week, I’m sharing:
A fun little AI copywriting showdown
My real challenge results so far (spoiler: Adjust your expectations)
One tool + prompt you can steal this week to improve your script writing in minutes.
Let’s goooo ↴
AI Workflow of the Week (Experimental version)
This week on LinkedIn I created 3 posts with:
Claude, acting like a snarky copy coach
ChatGPT, as my patient editor
Me, raw, unfiltered, unedited
Each post was written differently, had different images, and went out at different times.
So no, not scientific.
But hey, this isn’t a lab.
It’s LinkedIn.
Can you guess which is which?
Hit reply with A , B , or C!
Here are the posts:
![]() A | ![]() |
![]() B | ![]() |
![]() C | ![]() |
Here’s what surprised me:
A: Claude
Claude was sharp, gave me tight structure and cut the fluff.
But also… kind of mean! 😂
Not a bad result though.
I dropped in:
“Hey Claude, rate this post, I’m trying to find my voice.”
& the post
It told me off for trying to be too many things at once!

Tips From Claude

Claude Copy Coach Tough Love

Be real.. She knows where it’s at
B: ChatGPT
Helped me smooth and rework every sentence. Like a calm, encouraging co-writer.
The final post we made together? It got the most reach + engagement.
How I used it:
I pasted my raw post in line-by-line
Asked for feedback: What’s strong? What needs work?
Focused on reworking the hook
Edited the final version myself

my first draft

ChatGPTs tips

final edited version by me
C: ME only
Totally raw. Quick photo, wrote out what I was thinking, no AI polish.
It still did okay… but it lacked rhythm, had a few typos, and the hook was weaker than a co-written ChatGPT version.

my unedited post hook
Conclusion: AI can help but not on autopilot
If you’re just copy n pasting from AI, as is, I doubt you’ll get results unless you’ve trained it in your voice. (simple tutorial incoming on that one 👀).
Even then, you’ll still need to:
Edit the tone
Add your actual opinions
Match your real energy
Where it really shines with copywriting is in the back-and-forth helping you get out in a platform friendly way, what you want to say so people will read it.
Rework clunky lines
Repurpose in shorter chunks
Polish your own voice
Get out of your own head
Especially if you’re like me (messy drafts, way too many ideas, dyslexic), tools like this are life savers.
And they don’t replace creativity, they support it.
TL;DR
Claude = great structure, but savage
ChatGPT = best partner when you collaborate
You (yes, you) = best voice, just needs a polish
AI works best when you don’t expect it to write the whole thing.
500 Posts in 30 Days Results So far (6 days)
Experience in social media management doesn’t help much when you’re posting as yourself!
You’ve got switch from marketer to creator mode and that’s a whole different game.
It's like I've gone back to day one.
Back on the pen and paper.
Complete chaos.
Overwhelm.
Tired!
I’ve still got 3 posts to put out today!
My most watch vid? Took 30 secs to record… (of course it did)
Total Posted: 116 👀 (yes, I repurpose)
Total recorded videos: 11 🎉 (most ever for me)

What’s next?
This week I’m focusing on:
Building a TikTok strategy based on everything I’ve learned so far
Getting LinkedIn to flow better
Testing a theory about creative formats (more on that soon)
Steal this workflow: Reverse engineer a viral video
Tool: TokScript
Goal: Break down a banger → Create your own version
AI Workflow
1. Find a banger:
Go to TikTok and copy the link to a top-performing video.
2. Extract the script:
Drop the link into TokScript it’ll pull out the full text.
3. Feed it to ChatGPT:
Paste the script into ChatGPT with this prompt:
Break down the structure and tone of this video.
What’s the hook? What emotions or story elements are used?
Rewrite a version for [my niche/topic] in a similar style.
4. Tweak it, test it, make it yours.
5. Hit reply, show me what you & AI came up with.
Hope this was useful.
Until next week, happy creating!
You’ll find me on my socials… everywhere 🙈
Stay Remotely Social 💅,
Nikki 😉
